Vintage car collector turns passion into film credits

Driving down an inconspicuous street between a church and manufacturing company sits a parking lot of vintage cars you have seen in shows such as HBOs, Boardwalk Empire.

The million dollar collection belongs to G. Jerry Immersi, a car collector for decades, who decided to house his extensive fleet of vintage cars from the early 1900s to 1980s ambulances, in Newark.

When someone discovered his taste of luxury vintage vehicles, he was asked to donate a car for a production and has not looked back since. Now he leases his cars to film, TV and event productions. His company, Cars for Hire.
