Just around the corner are several traps. It might appear to be odd to have a healthy cafe in the heart of Newark, Nj., but the people deserve the right to eat to live.

In this segment, I interview the co-owner of the BlueBerry Cafe, SheKnow Burroughs who decorates her cafe with beautiful art. The musician intersects art and healthy eating in her life and business.
