Using “homemade, handmade and heartmade” approaches to whip up some of the best body care and fermented kombucha drinks, Victoria “V” Lynn keeps the dirty south clean in mind, body and soul.

Where are you located?

Richmond, Virginia

What is your business?

all u need naturals & come ‘bucha!, all under the umbrella of our mother co. earth workers’ eclectic, or e.w.e. [pronounced “u”]

How long have you been in business?

technically, since february 2017

What made you start it?

initially, my mother. she had a need for a healing hair product, so i started researching & concocted what’s now known as our opulence oil. this all formed into e.w.e.

in early 2018, which began as a personal attempt to heal self with earth elements while connecting with & healing Her (mother earth), i noticed, a lack of connection with nature & environmental justice in the communities i’m a part of. black & female, being the most prominent, along with a need & desire for natural methods of healing.

What makes your business special?

hugs ? but honestly, the experience of the goods & gatherings we create. there’s an energy to them that can, literally, only be felt. you feel loved & seen & that it’s okay to express & take “thyme” ☺️ for whatever you need to. we’re as big on self awareness as we are on self care.

How do you define success?

i define success as finding / being led to your purpose & living in that fully. being involved in all that you love while being of service & having full faith that you’ll be taken care of for the work that you do.

A philosophy my company vibes to?

“we normalize uncomfortability in these conversations. we understand everybody ain’t there yet.”

How to catch up with V and her business.
