In the midst of a global crisis, Perry discovered a silver lining: a way to celebrate his newly minted hybrid life of the domestic-work space. So he created the platform, Young & Black Working From Home, along with the hashtag #blackWFH. The platform helps Black millennials navigate the sometimes uncertain and awkward virtual workplace with humor, art and profound advice.
