Superbowl nor rushed “diversity hires” cannot erase Brian Flores lawsuit, NFL issues of systemic racism.

Brian Flores was fired weeks ago from the Miami Dolphins. Shortly thereafter, and while interviewing for another head coach position, he filed a class action lawsuit citing three organizations to have participated in racist practices toward non-white head candidates. Professionally, he might be sidelined, but he pushes the line to tackle generations of what our guest, Dame Crawford calls, systemic racism.
