Cancel student loan debt. Will Biden keep his promise? Biden renews White House HBCU initiative

President Joe Biden’s campaign promise was to cancel student debt.

While there have been sectors that have been relieved of billions of dollars of loan baggage, over $1 trillion remains. With a war and an economy still finding its feet, Biden has continues to extend the pause on student loan repayment, but will he cancel it? How does the new HBCU advisory board assist in that, as well as, reinvigorate the financial vitality of land-grant and private historical Black institutions. We talk to Dr. Sherice Nelson about the issue.
