Today is Autumn Equinox or the beginning of the fall season. While the foliage turns rusts and reds, the mood and energy is intense; especially as we still work through the residue of the pandemic.

This is not a drill says Baba Todd, our resident spiritual advisor at Ark Republic. Get in shape or get swallowed up says Baba Todd on the latest episode of The Remedy. Now more than ever, he sees the start of fall as a time for us to rise and stand in fortitude. For him, that means nurturing ourselves after a rough two years and calibrating our mental health. Baba Todd emphasizes, “Mental health is key.”
