Rep. Hunt and Rep. Donalds should be re-evaluating their twice-failed ‘Congress, Cognac & Cigars’ tour.
The last stop was to a Black-owned barbershop in Buckhead, an affluent neighborhood in Atlanta. What was supposed to be an appearance by Donald Trump before the first debate with Pres. Joe Biden, in predictable fashion, Trump was a no-show, and the aftermath for the proprietor of the shop, Rocky Jones, is a $hit show. After the failed event, Jones received a maelstrom of criticism and reported that he lost business. He claimed that he was duped about the event, but documents produced by the campaign office show that Jones signed a contract that clearly stated the intentions of the event.
