With this Administration, hiring highly unfit (mostly white) persons for important government positions is meritocracy under Trump. However, they must meet one requisite: support the Trump agenda at all costs.
Thousands of federal employees have been terminated in this Administration, and countless initiatives are gone but those who are gainfully employed in the highest positions of government are supposed to be the best men and women for the positions. Trump’s meritocracy is not only false, it also is steeped in race-based practices and nepotism.
